Scratch Team Success in the Goddard Cup!
BPGC were drawn against St Ives in the Preliminary round of the County Scratch competition, the Goddard Cup on Saturday at St Ives GC. In a very close match, the outcome was decided by holes won by each team.
The match was tied 3-3 and Brampton won on holes up by 7 to 6.

We now await our next opponents when the Goddard will take on its original format of 4 foursomes am and 8 singles PM. When we have the dates, they will be put up on the notice board and on to our club web page. Please also note that our Scratch League fixtures will commence on the 8th May away to Gog Magog GC. The full fixture list for the Scratch League season are up in the Men's changing rooms. Please come along and support the players if you can, they really will appreciate it.

There were some great scores in last weeks Medal in first Place Adam Pedlar with a Nett 67, Owen Davies 67 on countback, and third Robert Allan on 68 after countback, well played to all of you!

Mens County Foursomes Results
On the 27th April at Gog Magog GC, seven of Brampton Park members played in the 36 hole County Foursomes Championships. The morning round proved difficult for many players, with less than half the field of 42 pairs breaking 80. Conditions improved a little for the afternoon round and, for many, so did the scores. Details: Winners from St Neots GC were Danny Lovejoy and Connor Haynes with 71,69.
