Greetings golfers,
This weekend we have one of the most exciting weekends on the golfing calendar with the Maters taking place. Rory going for the grand slam of majors, Tiger making a long awaited return to the tour and all the young guns firing on all cylinders.
It is also a chance to see all the famous golfers from yesteryear competing which for me makes fantastic viewing so bring on the late nights glued to the tele and let the fireworks begin.
New FootJoy Clothing
As you can see from this picture Simon Bucknell and Dougie Gallimore have dressed for the part in the Bank Holiday 4BBB. There outfits are part of the 2015 FootJoy range. We have also recently got some of the FootJoy trousers and shorts in for the complete outfit.
Seniors Ladies and Junior Group Coaching

The outcome of the Easter Raffle, drawn in the Bar after golf today, was as follows:
1st Prize (very big Egg in basket) - Dave Humphreys' young daughter Olivia………….obviously too much for her to eat on her own and Dad will lend a hand!
2nd Prize (smaller Egg with a Bunny thing) - David Kitchener
3rd Prize (a very nice boxed Tea Set) - John Davy
4th Prize (a smaller Egg in a yellow box!) - Kevin Ashton
5th Prize (same as above) - Terry Robbins
6th Prize (Belgium Eggs) - Rick Wilcox
7th Prize (Mars Bar Egg) - John Horan
8th Prize (Rolo Egg) - Lynne Fitzjohn
Terry Robbins made a request upon buying his ticket that if he won, his prize should be sent up to the Children's Ward at Hinchingbrooke. So well done to him and well done to the biggest seller ever of raffle tickets, June Cowper, who has agreed to deliver Terry's Egg to the children's ward of the hospital.
The remaining Eggs (I say that, but I reckon young Olivia has already insisted her Dad drive over to the club to collect hers - and who would blame her) are on the table near the bar for you to please collect ASAP.
The Raffle raised £1,000.00 for the Captains' Charity, so well done to all and mostly to Lynne who organised the raffle and the prizes (and spookily won 8th prize) and June Cowper who sold all the tickets. And finally you're thanks to the Lady Captain who picked out the tickets.
