Those of you that have come into the shop this week will have noticed a change in the shop layout. We have had the specialist golf franchising company (Howard & Entwistle franchising enterprise LTD) come in and re- arrange the shop. Wednesday 'W' - 20th May

In first place with 37 points was Robert Kamper, in second place with 35 points was Wayne Price, and in 3rd place with 34 points on countback over 7 other people was Simon Bottomley. There was also 6 two's on the day, these came to Keith Curr, Andrew Gilfillan, Robert Kamper, Mike Prince, Phill Slusar and Ray Miller. They have had their accounts credited with £11.16 each per two! Well done to everyone who played!

Fitzpatrick Trophy - Saturday 23rd May

On Saturday we held the first of our Bank Holiday competitions. It was the Fitzpatrick Trophy which was played in a medal strokeplay format. In first place with a nett 68 was Mark King, in second place with 69 points on count back over Daniel Pedlar was Simon Burns. There was also 12 two's on the day, three of these came to the winner of Mark King! Another 2 of them went to Owen Davies! The other two's went to the following people, Brian Fett, Scott Ballentine,James Wise, Neil Hewson, Colin Allison, Michael McFadyzean and Simon Bottomley, £5.42 per two has been credited to their accounts in the pro shop! Congratulations to Mark on the win, and to everyone else who took part!

Mixed Foursomes - Sunday 24th May

In first place with an impressive win with a nett 140, clear of second place by 5 shots! Well done JDW Davies & Yvonne Palfrey. Second - With a great foursomes score of 145 nett was Roz Irons & David Bartlett. In third place on countback also with 145 Belinda Borneo and Doug Poole.

Twos Winners: Ann Norman & Alan Wood, Mo Poole & Mick Ford, Cath Emery & Graham Gib and  Lynn Fitzjohn & Ron Cowper £6.50 each.

Bank Holiday Scramble - Monday 25th May

In first place was Terry Osborne, Dave Norman, Kay Osbourne and Ann Norman with a fantastic score of 54.75! In second was Rob McNeill, George Jackson, Tom McNeill & Dan Stephens with a score of 55.5.

Scratch League - Tuesday 26th May 

The Scratch Team played against St.Ives On Tuesday night, it was a good win with the outcome of 6-0 with Owen Davies & Simon Burns 5up, James Reeson & Dave Milburn 1up and Stu Entwistle & Simon Earl 1up. There is a week's break from Scratch league, but our next game is on Tuesday 9th June at home to Newmarket Links, please feel free to come along and support the team.
